A more nebulous problem, there's a few things to try if something is going wrong with BPP Online. This issue usually appears in 1 of 2 forms: Activation Issues or No Results.
Get your credentials from bestplanpro.com/customer and copy + paste them into the Registration window (go to Settings > Software Registration to show that window).
Not Showing Any Results
Try going to Settings > Show Excluded Plans and then running this case: case.bestplanpro.com/LoH0wWabaZA
You should see some results if at least one product is selected in your Products list (go to Settings > Set Available Products to show that window).
If you having issues with a particular case on BPP Online, grab the Case Link by going to Data > Get Link and sending that link with a description of the issue to support.
