We have been told by customers that Best Plan Pro has run successfully on other 32-bit and 64-bit systems including Windows Vista
Best Plan Pro Windows Edition can be run fully offline. Using Slow Computer Mode on Windows Edition requires an active internet connection.
We'd recommend Google Chrome or Firefox (with the Auto-Backup Browser Extension) for BPP Online.

please send me a tutorial on hold to help customers that still cant download the software from the website.
I need a step by step guide which explains this...
I do know that they should turn off there Anti virus as a precaution and then Zach, you did some type of cut and paste an address as a work around.. Please explain in step by step instructions so we can leave you the hell alone!!
